Head was the first album from American noiseniks the Jesus Lizard. It was the first of four albums to be produced by Steve Albini and their first to feature a real, live drummer. Their sound was...well...astonishing. Shards of piercing guitar, stop/start arrangements and vocalist David Yow sounding like a cat trapped in a box and yelping to get out.
