**Position Title**: General Manager

**Reports To**: AAA Business Directors

**Position Summary**:

The General Manager is the heart of our AAA Coffee House and Listening Bar. You will be responsible for leading our team, ensuring the highest standards of service, and creating an atmosphere that maximises customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will manage staff, oversee the AAA Loyalty App, promote the use of the AAA Jukebox, and coordinate special events. Your goal is to enhance the customer experience, drive revenue, and build a strong, engaged community.


**Key Responsibilities**:


  1. **Staff Management and Development**:

   - Recruit, train, and supervise a dynamic team of baristas and support staff.

   - Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that motivates and retains top talent.

   - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.


  1. **Customer Service and Standards**:

   - Set and maintain high standards for customer service and product quality.

   - Address customer feedback promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.

   - Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that makes every visit memorable.


  1. **AAA Loyalty App Management**:

   - Oversee the signup process for the AAA Loyalty App, ensuring all staff are knowledgeable and proactive in promoting it.

   - Develop strategies to increase app usage and customer engagement.

   - Monitor app performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.


  1. **AAA Jukebox Promotion**:

   - Encourage customers to use the AAA Jukebox to personalise their experience.

   - Develop fun and creative initiatives to boost jukebox engagement.

   - Ensure the jukebox content is fresh, diverse, and appealing to a wide audience.


  1. **Event Management**:

   - Plan and execute events that align with the AAA brand and attract a diverse clientele.

   - Coordinate with performers, vendors, and partners to deliver seamless events.

   - Promote events through various channels to maximise attendance and revenue.


  1. **Revenue Maximization**:

   - Implement strategies to increase average customer spend and overall revenue.

   - Monitor sales performance and adjust plans as needed to meet financial targets.

   - Innovate new offerings and promotions that drive customer interest and sales.


  1. **Collaboration with AAA Business Directors**:

   - Work closely with the AAA Business Directors to align on business goals and strategies.

   - Provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

   - Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the long-term vision of the business.


**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.

- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development.

- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

- Experience with loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies.

- Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute successful events.

- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and driving revenue.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
