Position Summary:
The Retail and E-Commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing both our brick-and-mortar retail operations and our e-commerce platform. You will manage order fulfillment, product creation, and customer service to ensure a consistent and superior experience across all channels. Your goal is to optimise operations, enhance product offerings, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Order and Product Management:
- Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Manage product creation, including sourcing, pricing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain high-quality product standards and availability.
- Monitor and analyse inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.

2. Customer Service:
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and effectively.
- Train and support customer service staff to deliver exceptional service across all channels.
- Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

3. Retail Operations:
- Manage day-to-day retail operations, including staffing, merchandising, and sales.
- Ensure the retail space is well-maintained, visually appealing, and conducive to sales.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive in-store traffic and increase sales.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

4. E-Commerce Management:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the e-commerce platform.
- Optimise the online shopping experience, including website navigation, product listings, and checkout processes.
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.

5. Product Development and Merchandising:
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to introduce new products and promotions.
- Develop merchandising strategies that highlight key products and drive sales.
- Ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date on all platforms.

6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, customer feedback, and other key metrics.
- Use data analysis to make informed decisions about product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Director of Operations to support strategic planning.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management and e-commerce operations.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and inventory management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
